Conducts annual inspections of housing units by physically checking for damage and preparing summary of damage and transfer work order to Housing maintenance department.

Counsels tenants during move-ins by conducting walk through and explaining lease requirements and program information.

Home visits to counsel tenants on tenant damages, lease violations, make sure lease requirements / rules of occupancy are understood by tenants.

Utilize outside departments such Pest Control, Animal Control, Maintenance department, Department of Health and Human Services.

Mainstreaming files on tenants and collecting rent from tenants unable to leave their home.
